Revisions are provided according to your chosen package at no extra fee, provided the design concept and philosophy stay the same. Revision turnaround is 48 hours.

Money-Back Guarantee

Once the design direction is approved or modifications are requested, deposited project funds are not refundable after delivery.

Refund Schedule

• Request before first concepts are delivered: full refund, less a 10% service & processing fee.
• Request within 48 hours of delivery: 66% refund.
• Request between 48 and 120 hours of delivery: 33% refund.
• After 120 hours from initial design completion, no refund request can be made.
• No refund requests are entertained until final files are delivered.
• No refund for website bundles once the website is complete or live.
• No refund for video animation packages once the storyboard is designed.

Domain & Hosting

Where applicable, website packages include domain and hosting. Hosting, domain and email server packages are non-refundable.

Delivery

Personalized design orders are delivered by email within 5 to 7 days, with a first preview rushed within 48 hours.

Records & Support

We keep a record of your finished design and can provide files again on request. Email support is available around the clock.

Revision Policy

Revisions follow your chosen package with no extra fee while the design concept stays the same. Turnaround is 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds follow the schedule in our Refund Policy. The company may accept or decline refund requests case by case.
